location and only one bel boy
service is not on time i ask him night 11pm there is no towel and tissue but till morning 7 i didn't get very disappointing and room also not clean well because i can see every where there dust on the floor and corner even i can see my fit when I'm round without my shoes my fit is black full i come many time but This time very disappointing

I liked the location. Its close to many facilities like bus and metro station and shopping areas. The room was clean bathroom was ok. That was the only thing good.
I didn't like the staff they didn't do customer service. I didn't have a mini bar or a safe in the room. I asked for a minibar they promised they would bring one to my room but after several demands it never happened. They even forget to leave a towel in my room once. And the tv doesn't work. One day before my last night i asked for service to weigh my bag but the worker didn't care and was busy playing on his phone even when the receptionist asked him several times he refused to assist me. He said he wont come later but he never showed up.

There are bedbugs here, feet and bedsheets are poor. , The windows are dirty and the washroom tap is broken. bathtub very small
